🏎️ PINEWOOD DERBY TRACK RENTALS

Host a unique, high-energy event for your corporate team, conference, or community group in Westfield, Indianapolis, or Central Indiana while supporting local youth! 100% of rental fees fund Cub Scout Pack 126 activities, camp scholarships, and equipment.

Rental Options

• Option A: Self-Service — $1,000

  • Includes: Setup & teardown by Pack volunteers, 43' modular aluminum track, electronic timing system, software/weigh-in gear, and 1 hour of operator training. ($500 refundable deposit + COI required).

• Option B: Full-Service (Recommended) — $1,500

  • Includes: Everything in Option A PLUS an on-site Pack 126 representative to manage the laptop, software, and race timing so you can focus on the fun. (Deposit waived, COI required).

Community & Service-in-Kind Partnerships

Looking for another way to partner? We consider service-in-kind arrangements (like secure trailer storage for our 6'x10' trailer or trailer maintenance/repairs) in lieu of rental fees.
